1. Open your workspace
Start from the VentureRocket dashboard. Select the available workspace, then choose Add Venture Here or New Venture to begin.
A practical guide for creating a venture, defining customers and business assumptions, and turning your venture profile into AI-generated business assets.
Set up your first workspace and venture.
Start from the VentureRocket dashboard. Select the available workspace, then choose Add Venture Here or New Venture to begin.
Enter a venture name and choose the current stage. Use a name that will be easy to recognize across the generated assets.
Review the venture name and stage, then create the venture.
The venture workspace is organized into eight sections: About You, Personal Framing Statement, Your Idea, Your Customer, Your Journey, Your Business Model, Customer Discovery Questions, and Business Assets.
Give VentureRocket enough context to understand you and the venture.
Open About You to provide the basic context VentureRocket will use throughout the venture-building process.
Fill in the venture topic, stage, team, talents, and interests. Keep these details specific so later AI-generated outputs have useful context.
Open Personal Framing Statement and answer the Vision, Mission, Purpose, and Strategy prompts.
Use concise but meaningful answers. These responses become important context for the venture profile and downstream outputs.
Review the completed framing information and move to Your Idea. The workspace saves progress automatically.
Open Your Idea and describe the venture in enough detail for the system to understand what you are building, who it serves, and why it matters.
Collapse completed sections to keep the workspace manageable, then continue through Your Customer, Your Journey, and the remaining sections.
Move into the customer section. VentureRocket can generate customer-segment candidates from the venture information you have provided.
Turn your idea into customer segments, journeys, and validated assumptions.
Review the generated segment candidates and select the three most relevant customer segments.
Select the strongest three segments, then confirm them. You can regenerate the suggestions if the first set is not relevant.
VentureRocket expands each selected segment into structured information such as customer profile, core goal, and core problem.
Review the generated customer information carefully and continue through the remaining customer and journey sections.
Use the segment tabs/cards to compare the generated customer profiles and identify where the strongest problem-solution fit may exist.
Finish reviewing the customer insights before moving into Your Journey and Your Business Model.
Check the goals and problems for each selected segment so your journey and business model reflect real customer priorities.
Once customer segments are clear, continue to Your Journey, Your Business Model, and Customer Discovery Questions.
Use Download when you want to export the current output for offline use or sharing.
Use Share to create a shareable version of the current output for teammates, mentors, or stakeholders.
Use Grid View when you want to scan multiple journey or segment items at once.
The journey view organizes customer experience information by segment. Compare needs, moments, and friction across your selected audiences.
Review the next part of the journey for each segment and use the generated insights to identify opportunities and gaps.
Open the edit view when the generated journey needs refinement. Adjust the content so it accurately represents how customers discover, evaluate, buy, and use your solution.
Translate your learning into a business model and discovery plan.
Review the structured Business Model Canvas generated for the venture. Use it as a high-level view of customers, value, channels, activities, resources, and economics.
VentureRocket pre-populates the Business Model Canvas with generated content. Review each block and edit anything that does not match your actual business assumptions.
VentureRocket pre-populates the customer discovery questions with a default set of generated questions. Review them and edit, remove, or refine questions based on the assumptions you want to test.
Turn the venture profile into practical website, brand, sales, research, and marketing outputs.
The Business Assets area brings generated outputs together, including Website, Brand, Pitch Deck, Business Cards, Capability Statement, Email Templates, Call Scripts, and research/marketing assets.
Use Generate All Assets when you want VentureRocket to create the available asset set from your venture profile and supporting inputs.
Open Website to review the generated site structure, messaging, navigation, SEO title, and key value propositions.
Open Brand Design to generate a brand direction including name candidates, tagline, colors, typography, positioning, and identity guidance.
Review the generated logo direction, headline/body fonts, and visual identity before using them across customer-facing materials.
Open Pitch Deck to generate an investor-oriented narrative from your venture profile, including vision, customer insights, strategy, and positioning.
Use Capability Statement to turn your venture information into a concise business-facing overview of the company, offer, and capabilities.
Use Email Templates for outreach messaging tailored to the selected customer segments and their pain points.
Open Call Scripts for structured sales/discovery conversations. Review the opener and discovery flow before using them.
Use Apollo Lead Search to find prospects by customer segment, keywords, job titles, and location. Review the criteria before searching and save useful leads to the build.
Review Patent Research to understand existing patents and prior-art themes relevant to your product. Treat this as research input, not legal advice.
Use Ad Copy to generate campaign-ready messaging tailored to your target segments and value proposition.
Use Social Media Posts to create content angles and draft posts based on the venture positioning and customer problems.
